I studied at the Culinary Institute of America, where I fell in love with the science behind sugar and chocolate. That curiosity inspired me to start Somethin’ Good Confections. I get to combine my love of experimenting with the chemistry of confectionery and my passion for creating exciting flavors.

Everything I make is handcrafted in small batches, with an emphasis on quality ingredients, unexpected flavor combinations, and attention to detail. From familiar favorites with a twist to completely personalized chocolates for weddings, showers, parties, and special occasions, each piece is made with the intention of creating joy.
